We are looking to hire an experienced Line Cook to work 3–5 days per week (must be available every weekend). This position is for someone who already understands how to work in a fast-paced kitchen and can step into the line with minimal training.
Cooks must have basic knife skills and kitchen experience, including tasks such as cutting, dicing, and butterflying chicken, preparing ingredients, and assembling menu items like wraps and sandwiches. You should be comfortable cooking burgers, raw chicken, steaks, eggs, pancakes, pastas, and other menu items while following proper food temperatures and food safety standards. Our kitchen does not rely on fryer timers, so cooks must be able to manage cooking times and judge doneness through experience.
You will work alongside other cooks but should also be capable of running the line independently when needed. All cooks are responsible for cleaning their stations, restocking products, and helping put away deliveries/truck orders.
The right candidate must work quickly, stay organized, handle busy rushes, and know the menu well.
