Line Cook

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our restaurant's kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for culinary arts and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets our high-quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
