Applicants Should Have:

• Scheduling available for morning or evening shift
• Cooking and knife skills
• Experience in providing great guest service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to work on a team and accomplish goals
• Attention to details
• A flexible schedule

Performance Standards:

• Perform tasks within station as instructed while adhering to safety and sanitation requirements
• Maintain a positive attitude in an environment that fosters learning
• Basic knife skills and ability to operate kitchen tools
• Understanding of product rotation and recipe adherence
• Multi-tasking at a rapid pace
• Interact with guests in a professional way that reflects Buckhorn culture
• Safely and efficiently perform all duties as assigned
