Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
- Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Assist with catering events and special meal preparations as needed.
