Line Cook

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced line cook to work 3 shifts per week at Mucci's Italian, with Sunday's being required. The main focus in our kitchen is pizza and pasta, so prior experience with that is a plus, but not necessary. We are very willing to train anyone with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Details

-Part time line cooking job starting at 3 shifts per week, Sunday required

-Weekday shifts are about 2-9:30, weekend shifts are about 2-10:30

-Prep is done by line cooks on respective stations daily before service

-Other tasks that are required include: setting up and stocking your station, cooking during service, keeping things clean and tidy, flipping station at the end of the night, scrubbing coolers at close, scrubbing cutting boards, sweeping and mopping the kitchen as a team, updating the prep list daily.
