Located just six blocks from the University of Arkansas campus, Stonebreaker Hotel offers the perfect balance — close to the energy of campus life while tucked away from the congestion and noise of the busy downtown entertainment district. Our setting creates a more elevated and intentional guest experience, and we are building a Food & Beverage team that reflects that same atmosphere.

If you have a passion for food and creating exceptional dining experiences, Stonebreaker Hotel may be the opportunity for you. We are seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver high-quality meals for our restaurant and banquet guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing strong knowledge of all menu items for restaurant and banquet operations
• Preparing and cooking food properly and in a timely manner
• Completing opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen work areas
• Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Working efficiently and cohesively with the culinary team
• Utilizing a variety of cooking methods while maintaining quality and consistency
• Providing outstanding guest experiences through attention to detail and food quality
• Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
