Line Cook

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team Full Time and/or Part Time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices
• Utilize knife skills for meal preparation, ensuring precision and attention to detail
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or catering settings
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Experience in menu planning is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
