Line Cook / BOH Staff

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our BBQ team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, and ensuring food is served in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for great barbecue.

Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (BBQ experience a plus)
Knowledge of grilling, smoking, and meat temperatures
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
