Line Cook / Counter Team Member – Meltdown Grill

Meltdown Grill is hiring team members to join our fast-paced burger and cheesesteak concept inside Parkville Market. We’re known for smashburgers, cheesesteaks, loaded fries, and high-energy service.

We’re looking for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized during rushes, and provide a great customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Taking customer orders and handling front counter service
• Cooking smashburgers and cheesesteaks on the flat top
• Preparing fries, sandwiches, and other menu items to spec
• Working expo and assembling orders accurately
• Preparing drinks and maintaining stations during service
• Restocking, cleaning, and helping with prep work
• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and speed during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Restaurant or grill experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Nights and weekends availability required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs

Bonus Points For:

• Flat top grill experience
• Cheesesteak or burger experience
• Food hall or fast-casual experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
