Line Cook (Ever Andalo)

**Nights & weekends are required for this position.

We’re located in the NoDa neighborhood – just 2 miles northeast of Uptown Charlotte.

We are seeking full-time or part-time experienced line cooks at Ever Andalo.

Our focus at Ever Andalo is on simple Italian food, and wine.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, have strong technical skills, and can work in a fast-paced, busy environment. Applicants must have flexible availability and be able to work nights and weekends depending on the restaurant’s needs. Interested applicants should be knowledgeable about food service and able to hold themselves to high standards while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor. Responsibilities of the line cook include (but are not limited to) working the line, assisting with prep projects and cleaning, and upholding the restaurant's standards and policies. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate, can work well on a team, and is committed to continued learning and professional development.

We are an established restaurant group, owned and led by husband and wife team, Jeff Tonidandel and Jamie Brown.
