We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that meet our restaurant's standards. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.
