Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking ONE strong candidate to join our team as a AM / PM Line Cook / Prep Cook at Trinity Grove Bar in DFW Airport. Only applicants who meet the qualifications below will be considered.

The Hyatt Place Hotel is NOT inside DFW Airport. It is conveniently located near the south entrance of the airport, directly across from the Shell gas station.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work all kitchen positions: prep, line, lead cook, dishwashing
• Prepare food (cutting, portioning, packaging)
• Lead cook role may include supervising staff and running the cook line
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, trash removal)
• Operate hot cooking equipment (ranges, ovens, steamers) and mechanized prep tools
• Transition between hot cook line and cold storage areas
• Stand for the entire shift, lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, and twist as needed

Qualifications (No Exceptions):

• Must have worked in a high-volume kitchen to be considered
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a line cook at well-known concepts
• Strong leadership skills for lead cook positions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have full availability Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – no exceptions
• Must have full PM availability (2 PM until last flight – no exceptions)
• Must provide two valid forms of government-issued ID in excellent condition (no tears, creases, lamination, etc.)
