Sandbox is an entertainment destination that includes cornhole, sand volleyball and pickleball with a full restaurant and two full service bars. We have indoor seating and patio and an upper deck for seating in spring/summer. Extensive made from scratch menu includes entrees, burgers/sandwiches, steaks, salads, appetizers, and desserts. We also have multiple beers on tap and a large cocktail menu.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of restaurant experience with working a Sunday buffet is preferred.
• Must have extremely high health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Possess great communication, management, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen staff by overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met through proper food handling and storage.
• Supervise kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Utilize communication skills to coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service.
• Implement and enforce kitchen policies and procedures to uphold restaurant standards.
• Demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive team culture.

This is a full-time position. days, nights, and weekend availability needed.

Pay: Wiling to pay the right experienced person. Pay is based on experience.
