About Us: The Bite of Korea is a fast-growing, highly professional Korean restaurant in Tucker, GA. We are moving away from the typical "temporary gig" mindset of the industry. Instead, we are building a true "Dream Team" focused on high-quality food, consistency, and a positive, structured work culture. We are looking for passionate, career-minded cooks who want to grow professionally with us.

Compensation:

  • $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • Stable 40-hour work week with an organized schedule.
  • Overtime available based on business needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality Korean dishes with speed, precision, and consistency.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate closely with our Kitchen Manager to optimize kitchen flow and reduce waste.
  • Ensure all prep work and station setups are completed to our highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Professional Attitude (Must): Positive energy, a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to learn our systems.
  • Reliability: Punctual and responsible. We value your time, and we expect you to value ours. (No-show history is a deal-breaker).
  • Experience: 2+ years of line cook experience preferred (Experience in Asian/Korean cuisine or a high-volume structured kitchen is a huge plus).
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
