Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
• Help in food preparation to support daily operations and special events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in the market, stocking produce and inventory, taking orders accurately and processing transactions efficiently
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness
• Support catering efforts by assembling meal packages and assisting with event setups when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven restaurant or kitchen experience in food industry environments
• Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, knife skills, and meal assembly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $17.00 per hour
