Line Cook/Lead Cook

Grampas is looking to add to our BOH team! We are a food forward restaurant and utilize local ingredients, including from our own garden. Everything in the kitchen is made from scratch and we pride ourselves in quality execution. We put love into every small plate, salad, and pizza.

We currently have full time hours a week with shifts starting between 12 & 2. Duties include making food to order, following all recipes and standards, keeping the kitchen clean/stocked, good communication, and working as a team.

Our ideal candidate would be a line cook ace who is able to work multiple stations, including dish. They will be a proactive worker who thrives in high volume with consistent communication.
