Line Cook/Prep Cook

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry or culinary field is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Note: This position may involve working in a dietary department, catering, or other food-related settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
