Leo’s is looking to add a few strong, reliable team members to our kitchen. We’re currently hiring for a Prep Cook / Line Cook, with the potential to also work as an Expo depending on experience.
Leo’s is a neighborhood restaurant and bar offering homestyle cooking inspired by the cuisines of Thailand and Malaysia—as well as natural wines, experimental cocktails, and a serene interior designed and crafted by Jonathan Boyd. We take pride in sourcing ingredients from local farmers, markets and vendors.
The name honors the building’s former owner, Leo CdeBaca, whose family built and operated the space as a gas station and auto shop from the 1950s until 2015, when it found new life as the Boyd & Allister furniture studio.
Leo’s is a collaboration between James Beard Foundation Award–winning chef Zakary Pelaccio and designer, woodworker, and cook Jonathan Boyd, with Stella Achenbach as executive chef, and an inventive cocktail program by Jose Noe.
What we’re looking for:
Kitchen experience required
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills
Team-oriented with a good attitude
Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service
Responsibilities include:
Food prep and station setup
Line cooking during service
Assisting with expediting (expo) as needed
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
