Line Cooks and Prep Cooks

Line / Prep Cook – General Admission (Las Vegas)

High-volume, high-energy kitchen looking for dependable cooks who move fast, stay sharp, and take pride in their work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down station before and after service
  • Execute dishes consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all health & safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with Chef and team during service
  • Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking as needed
  • Support other stations to keep service running smoothly
  • Keep tools, equipment, and workspace organized and maintained

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of high-volume line or prep cook experience
  • Food Handler Certification (Nevada preferred)
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
  • Able to multitask and stay organized during busy service

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed)
  • Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and reaching

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
