Line / Prep Cook – General Admission (Las Vegas)
High-volume, high-energy kitchen looking for dependable cooks who move fast, stay sharp, and take pride in their work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down station before and after service
- Execute dishes consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all health & safety standards
- Communicate clearly with Chef and team during service
- Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking as needed
- Support other stations to keep service running smoothly
- Keep tools, equipment, and workspace organized and maintained
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of high-volume line or prep cook experience
- Food Handler Certification (Nevada preferred)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy service
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed)
- Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and reaching
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
