Line Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Line Inspector with strong knowledge of Welding and Fabrication processes to ensure all production line items meet required quality and dimensional standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspect items produced on the production line for quality, dimensions, and conformity to specifications.
  
• Utilize gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify product tolerances.
  
• Perform inspections specifically on welded and fabricated components to ensure accuracy, alignment, and finish as per drawings and standards.
  
• Document inspection results and identify defects or recurring quality concerns.
  
• Collaborate closely with the production and welding teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and relevant industry regulations.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the inspection area.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Welding and Fabrication inspection techniques.
  
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
  
• Experience in identifying welding defects and assessing joint quality.
  
• Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
