Line Inspector-QC & A

1. Inspection of material produced on line at GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, TIN, TFS.

2. Defect Identification of material and proper gradation.

3. Physical verification of material (OD out, Collapse, ID out, Damage)

4. Weightment and identification sticker to be provided to paste on material.

5. Dimension measurement of product by using micrometre, Vernier, Measuring Tape etc.

6. Testing of material as per the requirement of products standards and customer requirement.

7. Finish barcode sticker to be provided after packing.

8. All data to be keyed in online files.

9. All test results and inspection outputs to be captured in MES/ SAP system.

10. Result recording and UD to be completed.

1. Responsible for all shift activities.

2. Achieving Production and Quality targets as per Business plan /Monthly plan.

3. To maintain Process parameters as per norms and inform Area Incharge in case of deviation.

4. Monitoring and verification of corrective and preventive measures taken by other department for product Quality.

5. Physical inspection of all WIP material.
