Line Worker

The Line Worker is responsible for supporting production operations along the stuffing line and in the packing area. This role involves working with plush materials, operating near machinery, and ensuring finished products are properly prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both seated and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Operate along the production line to stuff plush skins according to quality standards
• Assist at the end of the line with packing finished products into boxes
• Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up excess stuffing/materials
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in a production/warehouse environment
• Position may require:

• Sitting for extended periods while operating near stuffing machines
• Standing for periods of time in the packing area
• Lifting boxes weighing approximately 16 lbs.
• Exposure to:
• • Moderate to loud noise levels from machinery
  • Airborne polyester fiber/dust associated with stuffing materials
• Company provides required PPE, including ear protection, eye protection, and gloves

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
