Link Building Specialist (SEO)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Link Building Specialist to become part of our digital marketing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening website authority through ethical backlink acquisition and strategic outreach. This is a full-time, onsite position with an evening work schedule, so availability during these hours is essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Discover and evaluate relevant, high-authority websites for backlink placement
• Execute manual outreach campaigns to bloggers, publishers, and niche-related platforms
• Develop and manage professional relationships with website owners and content creators
• Assist in planning and executing link acquisition strategies aligned with SEO objectives
• Analyze backlink profiles and competitor link strategies using SEO tools
• Monitor link quality, anchor text, and referring domains to ensure healthy SEO growth
• Coordinate with content and SEO teams to support link-building initiatives
• Maintain detailed reports on outreach activities, acquired links, and campaign results
• Ensure all off-page SEO activities comply with Google’s webmaster guidelines

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in off-page SEO or backlink building (1–3 years preferred)
• Clear understanding of white-hat SEO and link acquisition techniques
• Familiarity with SEO and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, or similar platforms
• Strong written communication skills for professional outreach and follow-ups
• Ability to work from the office during evening shift hours
• Organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns
