Qualifications
- Education: A High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Maryland certification in Rapid HIV Counseling & Testing is typically required. Phlebotomy certification and Rapid Hep C training are often preferred.
- Experience: Experience working within the HIV/AIDS community, harm reduction, or social service agencies in Baltimore.
