About the Role:
We are looking for a LinkedIn B2B Outreach Expert with 2–3 years of proven experience in the IT/Software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong business connections, and managing LinkedIn campaigns to support our company’s growth in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach strategies for B2B lead generation.
- Research, identify, and connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Personalize outreach messages, follow-ups, and nurture conversations to build meaningful business relationships.
- Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools for pipeline building.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach with overall business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report outreach performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn B2B outreach within a Software House/IT services company.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Proven ability to generate quality leads and nurture them into potential clients.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven personality.
