What This Role Pays
Base Salary: PKR 50,000 per month Performance Bonus: USD 15 per qualified appointment booked. Commission: 5% on every closed deal. Realistic Monthly Earnings: PKR 200,000 or more for consistent performers.
The base is your floor. Everything above it is yours to build.
What You Will Own
You run the full LinkedIn outreach cycle from the first message to a confirmed meeting on the calendar. This is not a task-list position. You own the process end to end.
- Identifying and targeting the right decision-makers using Boolean search, Sales Navigator filters, and account-based prospecting
- Writing connection requests and opening messages that get accepted and genuinely replied to
- Building multi-touch follow-up sequences that feel like a natural back-and-forth, not a drip campaign
- Qualifying prospects properly against defined Ideal Customer Profiles before booking a single meeting
- Booking high-quality appointments that show up, are prepared, and move forward in the sales process
- Optimizing and managing the LinkedIn profiles used for outreach so they build trust and credibility before the first message is ever sent
- Using AI-powered LinkedIn tools and automation responsibly to increase efficiency without triggering spam filters or violating platform guidelines
- Staying on top of LinkedIn algorithm updates and platform shifts that affect outreach performance
Monthly Targets
Probation: 4 to 5 qualified appointments Month 2 onwards: 6 to 7 qualified appointments per month
LinkedIn Expertise Is the Whole Job
We are not looking for someone who has used LinkedIn. We are looking for someone who has built their career on it. You should already know how to:
- Use Sales Navigator with advanced filters and Boolean logic to precision-target decision-makers by role, seniority, industry, and company size
- Read LinkedIn engagement signals such as post activity, profile visits, and recent job changes to time your outreach better
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for credibility and search visibility, including headline, banner, About section, featured content, and social proof
- Build appointment booking workflows through LinkedIn conversations that feel organic and lead to confirmed calendar slots
- Use AI-assisted LinkedIn tools and automation platforms to scale activity without sacrificing message quality or account standing
- Craft messages that do not sound like templates even when they follow a structure
- Understand what makes a profile credible to a prospect and use that to your advantage before outreach begins
You will do well here if you:
- Have 2 to 3 years of genuine LinkedIn outreach or B2B appointment setting experience
- Take full ownership of your pipeline without needing to be chased
- Write clear, professional English that sounds like a real person
- Know the difference between a qualified meeting and a warm body on a call
- Show up consistently, every day, without prompting
- Are comfortable working independently in a remote setup

- Want a passive salary with minimal daily effort
- Treat LinkedIn as one of several tools you have casually tried
- Book meetings just to hit a number regardless of quality
- Go quiet when results dip instead of communicating and adjusting
- Are looking for a short-term income bridge
