We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to own our outbound LinkedIn sales pipeline. You will be managing specialized business development profiles to identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with our ICPs on linkedin.
This is an execution-heavy role. We provide the the criteria of ICP, the candidate job will be the market research, compaign planning, lead generation, and message templates. Your job is to handle the outreach volume, book qualified discovery calls, and maintain an immaculate sales tracker.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Gen: Create lists of the prospects in Sales Navigator
- Outbound Outreach: Execute the targets of outreach and followups .
- Pipeline Optimization: Monitor Kickstarter, Crunchbase, and Amazon listings weekly to source and vet newly funded startups.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain the activity, health, and inbox of our dedicated LinkedIn partnership profiles.
- Hand-off Management: Move interested leads smoothly from initial LinkedIn dialogue into booking a 15-minute discovery call with our Lead Architect.
- CRM Tracking: Update our pipeline tracker daily (Brand, Founder, Device Type, Current App Status, Status of outreach).
Requirements
- Proven LinkedIn Blueprint: 1–2+ years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, tech sales, or agency business development.
- High-Context English: Exceptional written communication skills. You can strike a tone that is professional, founder-to-founder, and concise (no generic corporate jargon).
- Systems Discipline: Strong familiarity with tracking tools (Notion/Google Sheets) and outbound sales workflows.
- Autonomy: You don't need to be micro-managed. You treat lead generation as a predictable science.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base monthly retainer.
- Uncapped commission structure per closed contract generated from your booked discovery calls.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
