Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across international technology markets. The ideal candidate will have experience generating B2B leads for software development, IT services, SaaS, AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.

This role requires a proactive professional who can leverage LinkedIn, outbound outreach, market research, and sales intelligence tools to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, and other target markets.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads for software development, mobile app development, AI solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clutch, Upwork, email campaigns, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect databases and CRM records.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project scope.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for Business Development Managers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reports and lead generation metrics.
  • Consistently achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales within the IT/Software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development services, technology solutions, and digital products.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, CRM systems, and email outreach tools.
  • Experience targeting international markets, particularly US, UK, Europe regions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong research, analytical, and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling Custom Software Development, AI, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services.
  • Familiarity with Clutch, GoodFirms, Crunchbase, and technology marketplaces.
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Knowledge of outbound sales automation tools and CRM best practices.
