We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building professional relationships, and supporting business growth through strategic LinkedIn outreach and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients and business partners through LinkedIn.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent outreach pipeline.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles for professional brand presence.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for targeted lead generation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Build long-term professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Monitor outreach performance and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to research and identify target audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and client communication.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
