We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on outreach specialist who can set up and run LinkedIn + cold email campaigns and help us generate qualified B2B leads. This is an execution-focused role, not just planning.Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Build and run cold email campaigns end-to-end</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with tool setup (email warm-up, domains, inboxes)</li></ul><ul><li>Write and optimize outreach copy and sequences</li></ul><ul><li>Build and segment lead lists</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor deliverability and campaign performance</li></ul><ul><li>Share basic weekly performance reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach &amp; cold email</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of email deliverability &amp; warm-up</li></ul><ul><li>Good written English</li></ul><ul><li>Data-driven and results-focused mindset</li></ul>Bonus<ul><li>Experience with CRM tools</li></ul><ul><li>B2B / agency / SaaS background</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
