We are seeking a highly motivated LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and excellent spoken and written English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying decision-makers, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target key decision-makers based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build and manage prospect lists across industries and geographies.
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, InMails, follow-ups).
- Communicate confidently in English during calls, voice notes, and virtual meetings with international clients.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM updates and track lead generation activities.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and B2B prospecting.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Strong research and targeting abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset.

- Experience in software company
- Knowledge of outreach automation tools and email marketing platforms.
