Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Specialist who can identify valuable clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and client conversion strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B client hunting, relationship building, and sales conversion using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify potential high-value clients on LinkedIn
- Conduct targeted lead generation and prospect research
- Send professional outreach messages and emails to potential clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified business leads
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into meetings or deals
- Manage LinkedIn communication and maintain client relationships
- Work with the team to develop client acquisition strategies
- Maintain records of outreach and leads in CRM or spreadsheets
Requirements
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation / client hunting
- Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition
- Strong email communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify valuable international clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing or software services
- Understanding of international client communication
