We are looking for a LinkedIn-focused Lead Generation Expert who understands B2B psychology, professional positioning, and strategic outreach — someone who can systematically attract and convert decision-makers into qualified leads.
Role Overview
This role is not about entertainment content or viral trends. It is about:
- Strategic LinkedIn authority building
- Targeted B2B prospecting
- Structured lead funnel development
- Converting attention into qualified business conversations**
You will own LinkedIn as a primary acquisition channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1️ LinkedIn Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy aligned with B2B SaaS positioning.
- Optimize company page and leadership profiles for authority and credibility.
- Create high-value, insight-driven posts targeting marketers, SEO specialists, agencies, founders, and digital teams.
2️ Professional Lead Generation
- Identify and segment ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).
- Execute structured outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools.
- Build connection sequences and nurture flows that convert to demo requests or signups.
- Maintain a clean and organized lead pipeline.
3️ Content That Converts
- Publish educational, data-backed, and industry-relevant content that speaks to real marketing pain points (SEO migration, redirect errors, link tracking, analytics gaps).
- Turn product features into problem-solving narratives.
- Use case studies, thought leadership posts, and carousel insights to drive inbound interest.
4️ Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs: connection acceptance rate, reply rate, booked calls, cost per lead, conversion rate.
- Continuously refine messaging and targeting based on performance data.
- Provide structured weekly reporting tied to measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation
- Demonstrated results generating qualified leads for SaaS or tech companies
- Strong copywriting tailored for professional audiences
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of buyer psychology in B2B environments

Pay: E£300.00 - E£600.00 per hour
