Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across global technology markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospect research, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, database management, and appointment setting for our Business Development team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in B2B sales, lead generation, and international business development within the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients requiring software development and digital transformation services.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company directories, and online research.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Managers, and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on company size, industry, project requirements, and business needs.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the Business Development team.
- Maintain CRM records and lead tracking sheets with accurate information.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand service offerings and ideal client profiles.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or LinkedIn Outreach.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent internet research and prospecting abilities.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
