We are currently looking for a LinkedIn Marketing & Sales Navigator Specialist who can not only strengthen our LinkedIn presence, but also aggressively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and book conversations with merchants, agencies, and eCommerce decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both brand positioning and outbound prospecting and knows how to turn LinkedIn into a real merchant acquisition channel.
Role Overview
The LinkedIn Marketing & Sales Navigator Specialist will be responsible for managing LinkedIn as a business growth platform for Zanderio. This includes content support, audience engagement, outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and direct merchant outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
This is a high-accountability role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, persistent, commercially minded, and comfortable initiating conversations with merchants and moving them toward discovery calls and demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused growth strategy for Zanderio
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily to identify and target merchants, eCommerce founders, store owners, agencies, and relevant decision-makers
- Build prospect lists and segment leads based on industry, store type, relevance, and buying potential
- Conduct aggressive but professional outbound outreach to merchants on LinkedIn
- Send personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and nurture leads toward demo bookings
- Identify merchants who may benefit from Zanderio and start meaningful sales conversations
- Track all outreach activity, response rates, and conversion progress
- Support the company’s LinkedIn presence with relevant content, engagement, and profile activity
- Engage with relevant merchant and eCommerce content to increase visibility and brand familiarity
- Coordinate with leadership on messaging, campaign priorities, and target audience definitions
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up process so no promising lead goes cold
- Share weekly updates on outreach volume, conversations started, leads generated, and demos booked
- Optimize messaging based on what is converting best
- Work closely with the merchant acquisition team to support revenue growth
Primary Focus of the Role
This role is not just about posting on LinkedIn.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or social selling
- Ability to confidently and consistently reach out to merchants and business owners
- Strong writing and messaging skills for professional, persuasive outreach
- Comfortable with aggressive prospecting while maintaining professionalism
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing and follow-up discipline
- Experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, AI, digital marketing, or tech-related businesses is preferred
- Ability to identify ideal customer profiles and go after them strategically
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly proactive
- Ability to work independently and maintain high daily output
