We are expanding our marketing team and adding a Branding & Marketing Associate to drive execution across content, campaigns, and brand initiatives. This role requires proactive, detail-oriented executions with strong creative instincts and the ability to support consistent, high-quality marketing output in a fast-paced B2B environment.


About the Role

We are looking for a creative, technically capable, and execution-driven Branding & Marketing professional who can support our branding and outreach efforts across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Branding & Marketing Manager to produce high-quality content, run campaigns, and build a strong, credible online presence for Better Devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive social media – LinkedIn: Plan posts, create cool visuals, write catchy copy, and track what performs.
  • Be our in-house copy ninja: Write clean, clear, compelling technical copy for social Media, website, ads, and more.
  • Design eye-catching content using Canva/Figma: Social posts, banners, decks, case studies, you name it.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, Strategize and execute Paid Social campaigns.
  • Maintain our Content Calendar: Organize weekly marketing tasks and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Branding & Marketing Manager: Brainstorm ideas, execute campaigns, and help build a strong brand presence.


Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, branding, or content creation.
  • Proven LinkedIn Experience: You understand the platform, what makes a good hook, how the algorithm works, and how to build engagement (not just post and ghost).
  • Design Proficiency: You are comfortable working in Canva or Figma. You have an eye for layout, typography, and color.
  • Strong Writer: You can write a copy that is clear, concise, and error-free.
  • Execution Mindset: You are organized, meet deadlines, and care about the quality of your work.
  • Video Editing: Comfortable using CapCut and similar tools to create clean, engaging video content.


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n.
  • Exposure to B2B or technology/engineering sectors.
  • Experience with Zoho or similar email and crm tools.
  • Experience with SEO, LinkedIn ads and Google ads.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Basic WordPress experience.
