Role Overview:
We’re hiring a hands-on intern to run the daily engine of our LinkedIn presence and outbound motion. You’ll execute a clear strategy provided by leadership—your focus is consistent publishing, sharp engagement, and warming qualified conversations.
What you’ll do:
- Publish daily posts on the founder’s LinkedIn profile using provided ideas/outlines; shape hooks and captions for engagement.
- Moderate comments & DMs with professional, on-brand replies; escalate qualified leads.
- Engage with ICP accounts (likes/comments that add value, not spam) to stay visible in the right feeds.
- Warm early-stage leads via chat/comments and keep notes tidy.
- Light lead prospecting on LinkedIn; maintain clean lead lists and follow-up sequences.
- Direct outreach using approved templates and criteria.
- Content ops: keep a Trello content calendar current (ideas → draft → design → scheduled → published).
- Canva production: design simple carousels/visuals using brand templates.
- Weekly reporting: short snapshot of post performance, conversations started, and qualified leads.
What you bring:
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience) who wants to learn by doing.
- Strong written English (short-form copy, clear replies) and confident verbal communication.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn (posting, commenting, search/filters, saving leads).
- Online research skills to find, verify, and prioritize relevant accounts/topics.
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT to draft first passes and iterate responsibly.
- Canva proficiency and an eye for clean layouts.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with deadlines; familiar with Trello or similar.
- Onsite availability during standard business hours.
Nice to have:
- Sales Navigator basics; simple analytics understanding (impressions, CTR, profile visits).
- Any samples of posts/carousels or community engagement.
Compensation & duration:
- Paid stipend based on skills and output.
- 3–6 months with clear KPIs; strong performance can convert to a full-time role.
