We are now expanding our sales and lead generation activities and are looking for a driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase qualified leads and online sales for our IT services.

Optimize and manage the company’s LinkedIn page and showcase pages to attract and engage the target audience.

Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients and decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.

Run and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Regularly create and post engaging content including articles, infographics, client case studies, and service updates.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn campaigns.

Collaborate with the sales and content team to align LinkedIn activities with overall business goals.

Stay updated with LinkedIn’s latest features, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in LinkedIn marketing or LinkedIn lead generation, preferably in the IT/Software/Website development industry.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create high-quality content tailored for a professional audience.

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
