Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage, execute, and grow the brand presence and lead generation activities for our key U.K. clients. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of the LinkedIn platform, strong B2B content strategy skills, and the ability to operate effectively during U.K. business hours. This role is crucial for driving professional engagement and quantifiable business results in the U.K. market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Execution

  • Content Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar specifically tailored for the U.K. B2B audience across LinkedIn company pages and key executive profiles.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, professional, and compliant content, including thought leadership articles, case studies, announcements, and visual assets, optimized for the LinkedIn feed.
  • Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the timely scheduling and publishing of all content during optimal U.K. engagement hours.

Engagement & Community Management

  • Interaction: Actively monitor, engage with, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner, fostering a positive community around the client’s brand.
  • Networking: Support lead generation by identifying and engaging with key influencers, potential partners, and target prospects within defined U.K. industries.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all communication strictly adheres to the client’s professional brand voice and industry standards.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as impression growth, engagement rate, follower growth, and website traffic derived from LinkedIn.
  • Performance Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy, posting frequency, and audience targeting to continuously improve performance.
  • Paid Campaigns (Optional): Assist in the management and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, if applicable (budgeting, targeting, ad setup).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum [Insert 5+ Years] of experience in managing LinkedIn or B2B social media accounts.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven mastery of the LinkedIn platform, including Company Page administration and content analytics.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills suitable for a professional U.K. business audience, with a keen eye for grammar and tone.
  • Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the U.K. business landscape and professional conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
