Job Title: LinkedIn Optimizer / LinkedIn Profile Specialist

Location: Hyderabad / Work From Home (India)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Optimizer to enhance the professional presence of our employees and management on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will optimize profiles, improve discoverability, and implement strategies that strengthen both individual and company branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for employees and leadership, including headlines, summaries, experiences, skills, and achievements.
• Ensure profiles are keyword-optimized to increase visibility in recruiter searches.
• Design professional and visually appealing LinkedIn profiles, including banner images and multimedia content.
• Provide guidance on LinkedIn engagement strategies to grow networks and visibility.
• Track and report profile performance metrics such as views, search appearances, and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure profiles align with company branding and recruitment strategies.

Provide training or tips to employees for maintaining an effective LinkedIn presence.

Requirements:

• Experience in LinkedIn profile optimization, personal branding, or social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and recruiter search behaviour in India.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Basic graphic design skills for profile banners and visuals.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, LinkedIn Analytics, or AI-based optimization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a WFH setup.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
