Job Title: LinkedIn Outreach & Appointment Setting Expert (B2B)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (9 hours daily)

Compensation & Earnings:

  • Base Salary: PKR 65,000
  • $10 per qualified appointment
  • 10% commission on deals you personally close
  • This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential beyond the base

Performance Policy (Important):

  • This role is strictly outcome-based
  • If the minimum target (8 qualified appointments) is not achieved in the first month, compensation will not be processed, including the basic salary
  • This is a firm policy — apply only if you are confident in delivering results

Monthly Targets:

  • 10–15 qualified appointments per month
  • First month target: minimum 8 qualified appointments

Important – How This Role Works:

  • This is not a role where the first 1–2 months are spent building a pipeline
  • We already have a defined niche, clear ICP, and a proven outreach system
  • Results are expected from the first month, not delayed over time

This Is NOT a Typical Lead Generation Role:

  • This is not just about sending messages
  • You will be responsible for managing the full outbound process from prospecting to booking qualified meetings with decision-makers

What We Don’t Accept:

  • Random or mass bookings
  • Unqualified prospects
  • Misleading conversations
  • Forced appointments

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Targeting founders, CEOs, and decision-makers
  • Running daily LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Writing personalized messages and follow-ups
  • Managing conversations end-to-end
  • Qualifying prospects before booking
  • Booking high-quality sales appointments
  • Maintaining daily activity tracking

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of ICPs and B2B targeting
  • Ability to manage conversations and qualify leads
  • Strong written English communication
  • Self-driven and disciplined in a remote work environment

Application Question(s):

  • Are you comfortable with the compensation structure: PKR 65,000 base + $10 per qualified appointment + 10% commission on deals you personally close?
  • Have you personally booked qualified meetings through LinkedIn outreach and managed the full outreach process (prospecting → conversation → booking meetings)?

  • Are you available to join immediately, have your own laptop with a stable internet connection for full-time remote work, and can you work 9 hours daily, Monday to Saturday (1 PM – 10 PM PKT)?
  • Do you have hands-on experience using Sales Navigator for targeting decision-makers and clearly understand how to qualify a prospect before booking a meeting (ICP fit, decision-maker, interest)?
  • This is not a role where the first 1–2 months are spent building pipeline. Results are expected from the first month. Are you confident in consistently booking 10–15 qualified appointments per month?
