About the Role:
HiQain is expanding and we’re looking for an ambitious, results-focused LinkedIn Outreach & B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us boost our visibility, connect with the right clients, and generate qualified leads for our wide range of services.
We develop mobile apps, websites, Shopify stores, eCommerce solutions, branding materials, merchandising, custom software, graphic design, and digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, and PPC campaigns. Your role will be to connect our services with businesses that need them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and run targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns that align with HiQain’s services and target industries
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, build, and manage prospect lists
- Craft and send personalized connection requests, follow-ups, cold DMs, and cold emails to decision-makers
- Prospect using additional platforms like Apollo, Bark, Google, Guru, and Upwork
- Qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and book meetings for the business development team
- Keep CRM tools up to date with lead details, interaction history, and pipeline progress
- Optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles for maximum reach and credibility
- Work with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and content
- Track connection rates, response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to keep improving results
- Stay current with LinkedIn best practices, outreach trends, and algorithm updates
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in B2B LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (must)
- Proven ability to write clear, personalized messages and cold emails in English
- Experience generating leads for digital services such as mobile apps, websites, Shopify, eCommerce, web design, branding, merchandising, custom software, graphic design, and digital marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC)
- Familiarity with outreach tools like Apollo, Bark, Guru, Upwork (bonus)
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage workflows independently
- Understanding of CRM usage and pipeline management
