Cloudpacer is looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and B2B outreach. The ideal candidate must be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and skilled in building meaningful connections that convert into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and target prospects
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Manage and optimize outreach sequences for better response rates
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to align outreach strategies
- Monitor KPIs such as response rate, conversion rate, and meetings booked
Required Skills & Qualification:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach / Lead Generation Specialist
- Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound sales processes
- Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Strong research, targeting, and prospect qualification skills
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and meet deadlines
