LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Virtual Assistant to support our outreach and networking efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing LinkedIn activities, connecting with potential leads, and maintaining professional communication through the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and activity.
  • Send connection requests and follow-up messages to targeted prospects.
  • Conduct LinkedIn searches to identify potential leads and contacts.
  • Maintain records of outreach and responses.
  • Assist with LinkedIn messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with the internal team regarding outreach targets and progress.
  • Ensure all communication is professional and aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in LinkedIn outreach/lead generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) required.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn networking and outreach tools.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
