LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (CEO Support – Tech/SaaS)

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who will manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence and act as a direct communication bridge between the company and potential clients. This role is a mix of personal branding, lead generation, and sales support (SDR/Closer) focused on promoting our SaaS, AI/ML, and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have an IT-oriented background and strong communication skills to engage, nurture, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities (JDs):

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s LinkedIn profile (content, connections, engagement strategy)
  • Handle inbound and outbound LinkedIn communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients and decision-makers
  • Act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) by generating and qualifying leads
  • Conduct cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn (messages, follow-ups, nurturing)
  • Respond to client queries professionally and promptly
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the CEO/sales team
  • Assist in closing deals by maintaining strong follow-ups and relationship building
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain CRM or tracking sheets for leads, conversations, and conversions
  • Stay updated on industry trends (SaaS, AI/ML, software development)

Job Requirements (JRs):

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or SDR role (preferably in tech industry)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, AI/ML solutions, or software services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional yet engaging tone)
  • Experience in handling LinkedIn profiles for executives or brands is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
  • Ability to think like a sales closer and convert conversations into opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to represent the CEO’s voice professionally
