LINKEDIN SALESPERSON

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented LinkedIn Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role owns the full LinkedIn sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, research, and connect with qualified prospects on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and organic outreach strategies.
  • Craft compelling, personalized connection requests and follow-up messages that generate responses and move leads through the pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual demos to understand prospect pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and closed revenue.
  • Stay current with LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging sales tactics.
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 months-1 year of sales experience, preferably with a focus on social selling or LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a digital sales environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one CRM platform.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging outreach messages.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with data, track your own_ KPIs and use them to optimize your approach._
  • Basic knowledge of graphic designing and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web design concepts and digital presence best practices.
  • Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.) for streamlining outreach and sales workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
