LinkedIn Scraping Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring a LinkedIn Scraping Specialist to collect, structure, and deliver high-quality data from LinkedIn and other professional platforms. You will be responsible for building and running scraping pipelines, managing data quality, and supporting our sales, marketing, and recruitment teams with accurate, up-to-date lead data. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working with automation tools and data at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrape and extract data from LinkedIn profiles, company pages, job listings, and other professional networks.
- Build, maintain, and optimize scraping scripts and automation tools using Python or equivalent.
- Manage proxies, user agents, and anti-detection techniques to ensure uninterrupted data collection.
- Clean, deduplicate, and structure raw scraped data into organized formats (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, or databases).
- Deliver targeted lead lists based on specific filters such as industry, job title, location, and company size.
- Monitor scraping pipelines for failures and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay up to date with LinkedIn’s structure changes and update scripts accordingly.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver on time.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure all collected information is relevant and verified.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience scraping LinkedIn using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, requests) or equivalent scraping languages.
- Strong understanding of proxy management, IP rotation, and browser fingerprint evasion.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and structuring using Excel, Google Sheets, or Pandas.
- Knowledge of APIs and headless browser automation.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple scraping projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with third-party scraping platforms (PhantomBuster, Apify, Octoparse) is an advantage.
