LinkedIn Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a LinkedIn Specialist who can manage and grow LinkedIn accounts for personal brands and company pages.

This role focuses on hands-on execution — posting content, engaging with the community, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities of LinkedIn profiles and company pages
  • Post and schedule content regularly (posts, articles, videos, polls)
  • Engage with followers, comments, and prospects to increase reach and awareness
  • Optimize profiles for better visibility and credibility
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connections, InMails, messages)
  • Track engagement and report on performance metrics
  • Support the LinkedIn Strategist (if one exists) in executing the overall strategy

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing LinkedIn accounts for brands or professionals
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn features:
  • Posts, articles, videos, polls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of LinkedIn best practices for engagement and lead generation
  • Comfortable with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native scheduling tools
  • Ability to track and report engagement metrics

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

Success Metrics

  • Profile and page engagement (comments, likes, shares)
  • Growth in followers and connections
  • Leads generated via LinkedIn outreach
  • Consistent, high-quality content posting
