About the Role

carbonrepro is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven LinkedIn Specialist Intern to support our brand growth, content strategy, and lead generation efforts on LinkedIn.

This internship is ideal for candidates interested in personal branding, social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and LinkedIn growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn posts
• Assist in planning and executing LinkedIn content strategies
• Manage and optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles
• Create and edit short-form videos and content for LinkedIn
• Research industry trends and generate content ideas
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility
• Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and outreach activities
• Track content performance and prepare weekly reports
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing and personal branding
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing LinkedIn pages or personal brands
• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
