Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Retail Associates to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving stocking, cashier duties, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and consistency.

Raise given at 90 days and 1 year.

5 Days of paid vacation after first year

Schedule

• Tuesday – Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:00PM
• Friday - Saturday 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: OFF
• Must be available to work all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver to bars and restaurants in company vechile.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized displays
• Receive deliveries and put away inventory
• Lift and handle liquor cases (up to 50 lbs)
• Unload, sort, and store incoming shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
• Operate register and process transactions accurately
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Must pass drug screening and background check (no felonies)
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with physical work (bending, lifting, stocking)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented — no exceptions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Retail, stockroom, or warehouse experience preferred
• Liquor or wine knowledge is a plus
